Contacts, Camera, Photos and Audio

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect:

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

The InfraCom Unified application uses contact permission (read contacts) to load your contact list in the app. The purpose of the feature is to e.g. make it easier for users to transfer a call to a contact. Only when initiating a call information will be sent to our servers and used for call setup and history.

The InfraCom Unified application has a manual triggered sync feature that uses the contact permission (write contacts) to sync your InfraCom Unified contacts to your mobile contact list. This means that the app will be able to create and delete contacts in your contact list.

The InfraCom Unified application uses camera and photos to allow users to upload images that can be used as profile pictures.

The InfraCom Unified application uses audio recording in order to be able to fulfill basic functionality of making VoIP calls. Audio is encrypted and streamed to our SIP server when you initiate or receive a VoIP call.

Read Phone State

This feature is used by the application to sense when an incoming call is being received. This is done to be able to show the “Floating Window” when needed.

Full Internet Access

InfraCom Unified uses your device’s internet connection to sync and download content from our servers.

View Network State

InfraCom Unified uses this to check if the device has an internet connection available before it attempts to sync/download.

Draw over other apps

InfraCom Unified uses this to show the “Floating Window” on incoming calls.

Location service

InfraCom Unified uses the phone's location services for profile scheduling based on position.
